Fred started in the insurance industry just after finishing Year 12 HSC in 1985. After working for almost over 15 years with insurance companies in a range of Management and National Roles, he opened up his first insurance brokerage firm in 2002. At Steadfast Eastern, he is a Director responsible for Marketing Automation, Customer Service and General Broking Operations.
In his spare time, Fred is actively involved in local schools and Community groups. Fred is a passionate Collingwood supporter and enjoys all sports. You will find him at the local Taekwondo centre watching his kids on the weekends.

Dino started in the insurance industry at Colonial Mutual General Insurance in 1979. After working in a variety of management roles he joined Paramount Insurance Brokers in 1988 and became a Director in 1989. Dino is a Director of Steadfast Eastern and is responsible for Sales development and General Insurance Broking.
Dino is a horse racing fanatic and part owner of numerous horses. His greatest hope is for one of his horses to one day win a Group 1 race. Dino is a passionate Essendon supporter in the AFL and Tottenham Hotspurs in the EPL. If not at the races or working, you will run in to him down the Mornington Peninsula relaxing by the beach.

Brad heads up our claims division. Brad is passionate about helping people. He has been involved in the insurance and building industries for over 15 years. His experience ranges from looking after corporates, councils, small business and mum’s and dad’s insurance. Brad takes pride in ensuring claims are handled efficiently and paid to the maximum benefit of our customers.
Brad is a sports fanatic who is involved in boxing, loves his tennis and basketball.
In his spare time, If he is not in the gym or boxing ring, you will find him in his favourite spot in Sorrento relaxing with his family.

Anne together with her husband Andrew ran a successful general insurance broking business for over 20 years. Having joined our group in 2016, Anne brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in the service industry.
Anne is a passionate and a respected individual who works tirelessly to help her clients 7 days a week. She specialises in café insurance, business insurance and medium enterprises.
Anne loves spending time supporting her grand kids at basketball games and reading stories to her youngest grandchild.

With over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry ranging from underwriting, sales, relationship management, business development and insurance broking, Nikki has a wealth of knowledge in all lines of general insurance specialising in the needs of Small to Medium commercial businesses and specialty groups. Whether it be Corporate Travel insurance, Work cover, Marine insurance or Motor fleet, Nikki has the experience to assist.
Nikki is a mad Melbourne City soccer fan. If she is not at the soccer Nikki will be down the coast surfing.

Amanda has been in the insurance industry for over 30 years. Her experience ranges across many lines of insurance – property, financial lines, liability, motor and cyber insurance. She has worked with brokers and insurers and understands the insurance market and insurance cycle.
Amanda joined Steadfast Eastern after its formation in 2014 and manages our internal quoting platforms and provides advice in the areas of property and liability, business insurance, professional indemnity, management liability and cyber insurance.
Amanda is an animal lover who spends time with her favourite cats watching her beloved Saints (AFL). Her dream is to watch the saint win at least 1 more premiership.

Joseph has been employed in the insurance industry for well over 15 years. Working with a variety of insurance broking firms and National Insurers, he has a wealth of knowledge across a range of insurance classes such as Industrial Special Risk, Liability, Accident and Illness insurance and Marine insurance.
Joseph has a good understanding of supermarket exposures, meat processing risk, aviation insurance and bus and coach services.
Joseph loves his sport and is a very competitive Tennis player on the weekends.

Paul is a dedicated insurance broking professional with over 20 years insurance experience. Paul’s experience ranges from looking after manufacturing risks, Hard to Place insurance risks, Plastics and Fibre Glass industries, Construction and Business insurance.
Paul has a strong rapport with insurance suppliers in the market and a knowledge of available markets to place the most difficult of risks.

Kalum is the office go to person for everything related to computers, he is a passionate insurance professional. Kalum’s focus is on managing and advising franchisees, small and medium sized businesses on their insurance requirement. Looking after a large number of franchisees, he is up to date with the issues that affect franchisees around Australia.
Kalum spends his spare time playing Badmington and relaxing to music.
